FALL INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Akron Aeros Fall Internship program has been successful in providing students with an “all-around” experience. Interns receive valuable experience in all aspects of the organization.  Fall internships typically run from late September through early January.  Starting and ending dates are flexible.  With being an intern, please remember the basics that may come with the job: making copies, filing, answering phones and other office administration duties.  As this is not with one particular department, your duties will be determined based upon organizational need but you will gain exposure to all of the various departments.

REQUIREMENTS

Time:  Our off-season hours of operation are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.  Your schedule will be based upon your availability taking into account your class schedule.

Dress: Interns are expected to dress professionally.  Nice pants, collared shirt and closed-toed shoes are required when at the stadium.

Dedication: For as much as you depend on us to assist you in gaining vital experience, we depend on you for the overall success of our organization. If you want to work in baseball, this is a great place to start.

 
COMPENSATION

No stipend is offered but you can earn class credit, if needed.
